Intended learning outcomes

  • Together with sponsor identify scope, make integration and limitations of a new project
  • be able to make a Work Breakdown Structure for the project
  • be able to plan time and cost and estimate the uncertainties in the project
  • be able to make a formal risk analysis of the project
  • be able to make follow ups of the project to control the outcome
  • be able to make procurement plans for the project
  • be able to create and maintain a communication system within the project
