Moving in
Before you can move into your accommodation you must visit KTH Entré on KTH main campus to collect the keys. On your contract you will find the address of your housing and your lease period (i.e. the start and end dates of the contract).
Arrival days for fall semester
In August 2026, Arrival Days at KTH main campus take place on August 3rd, 15th and 16th. The opening hours at KTH Entré are extended and new international students are offered various arrival services. If possible, pick up your keys for KTH Housing on one of these dates and take the opportunity to meet other students. Arrival Days
Pick up your keys during the term
If you are a new tenant, you must visit KTH Entré to pick up your keys and your signed contract. You can pick up your key from 13.00 on the starting date of your contract at the earliest. If the start date is on a weekend or a holiday you are welcome on the next regular work day from 13.00. Try to plan your arrival within KTH Entré opening hours , i.e weekdays during office hours.
It is not possible to pick up the keys before the contract's start date. Only the contract holder can pick up the keys; you can not send a friend or relative to do so. Also, remember to bring your photo identification, for example, your passport.

The date for the earliest possible key pick-up depends on whether the month starts on a regular workday or not, please check the table carefully.
