- A project shall be implemented independently, normally at an enterprise and in cooperation with another student.
- A literature study showing current knowledge in the project area shall normally be part of the work.

Course contents
Intended learning outcomes
The degree project shall train the student to apply the knowledge acquired during the education. A scientific and engineering approach to the work is emphasized, particularly concerning work methods and project management.

At least 120 credit points (120 ECTS points) within the program and approved courses within the application area of the degree project.

Based on recommendation from KTH’s coordinator for disabilities, the examiner will decide how to adapt an examination for students with documented disability.
