The course is an independent empirical study focusing on real estate agency. The three courses AI106V, AI107V and AI108V, constitute the entire 30 credits specialization in real estate agency that is given by KTH.

Main contents:
- Seminars and lectures around research method, literature search and report writing. Diagnostic work. Write a report that should be reported orally as well as a public discussion and examination of other authors' works. The work is made either individually or in groups of two. During the project work, a continuous supervision takes place.
Intended learning outcomes
After passing the course, the student should be able to:
- Design and carry out an empirical commission of inquiry in real estate agency.
- Apply relevant knowledge in the subject area on a given problem
- Reflect on, evaluate and critically review their own and others' scientific results
- Document and present his work orally and written with requirements of structure, formalities and language.
