Content and learning outcomes

Course contents

The Swedish legal order. Land use plans. Permits necessary for building. Protection of natural resources and the built environment. Realisation of plans.

Intended learning outcomes

The purpose of the course is to enable the students to understand and explain legal actions necessary in land use transformations.

Completed and documented upper secondary education including Swedish B and English A or equivalent.
