Intended learning outcomes

This course focuses on the interaction of real estate investment and financing decisions. The overall aim of this course is to provide students with both theoretical and hands-on working knowledge concerning capital structure and the interplay between real estate investment and financing decisions. This course consists of three major blocks:

  1. Theories of optimal capital structure.
  2. Real estate investment analysis with different financing alternatives.
  3. Risk analysis and investment analysis of real estate development projects.

Higher education in engineering, economics or equivalent knowledge through work experience.
