EI2437 Advanced Measurements in Electrotechnical Systems 7.5 credits

Avancerade mätningar i elektrotekniska system

The course is designed to provide the students a practical hands-on experience to analyze, design and construct safe and robust measurements in real electrical systems. This course is intended to complement, in a higher level, the basic courses on measurement techniques. It requires the active use of prior knowledge on electrical circuits and electromagnetics. The course will integrate work in the laboratory (through three different projects) with lectures to discuss the difficult fundamental concepts and the problems observed in the practice. The main intention of the course is to provide students with the practical knowledge required to use and design measurement systems in a real world engineering setting.
