Intended learning outcomes

Since it is a well known fact that more than half of all implementation of qualtiy management systems fails there must be a better way of constructing them and to implement them. That is what the student will learn in this course

Course Disposition

Most of the work will be in groups solving assignments within the area of improving management systems. Some lectures and training at the university

Specific prerequisites

Completed documented upper secondary education incl documented proficiency in English and university studies corresponding to 60 credits (hp)/2 years of study.

Recommended prerequisites

Having a documented experience or courses in quality.


Need to have access to the world wide web, since Bilda the communication instrument of KTH will be used

The examiner may apply another examination format when re-examining individual students.
