Successful supply chain management requires cross-functional integration of key business process within the firm and across the network of firms that comprise the supply chain. The challenge is to determine how to successfully accomplish this integration. Case studies conducted at several companies are used to develop knowledge in the framework of this course.  The framework for supply chain management is described, then it follows the study of the management components of supply chain and mapping the supply chain.  Finally solution for implementation is analyzed.
