This course applies mechanics and solid mechanics to analyze these machine components and construct simple mechanical systems. Course Disposition

The course consists of different course blocks each associated with one of the commonly used machine components.
Each course block consists of two (2) lectures that present the machine component to be studied.
Active participation is expected in all parts of the course.

Completed courses ML1101 and ML1601 or the equivalent

Recommended prerequisites

Knowledge corresponding to the following courses; Engineering Mathematics (ML1000), Strength of Materials, GC  (ML1201), Engineering Materials and Production, GC (ML1200) och Mechanics, GC (ML1101) or equivalent.
