The course mirrors the different phases in a product production project from the above mentioned perspectives. The special assumed tools needed are presented and used in the assignmentsthe student produces during the course.

4. Communication and cooperation between all parties concerned
5. Purchase and procurement
After attending the course the student shall
- the project leader's role and responsibility
- the project group member's role and responsibility
- the project group's internal and external life
- the project's relationship to the linear organization
- the projects relationshipto sponsors and stakeholders
- evaluation and closure

If the course is discontinued, students may request to be examined during the following two academic years.
Based on recommendation from KTH’s coordinator for disabilities, the examiner will decide how to adapt an examination for students with documented disability.
The examiner may apply another examination format when re-examining individual students.
Assignment 1 - tasks 3 hp P/F
Project 1 - project task 3 hp (project and presentation) A, B, C, D, E, Fx, F
Reported tasks (Assignment 1) with result Pass, project (Project 1) with result A-E.
Final grade is based on the total results. The procejt carries the greatest weight.
