More information is coming soon

We are planning for the coming spring semester's arrival days activities. More information about KTH's Arrival Day in January 2026 and our related activities will be published on this page during the autumn.

KTH's Arrival Day is organised to give you a smooth arrival and ensure that you get the information needed for a good start at your new study destination. When planning your arrival to KTH, make sure to arrive on this day to enjoy the additional services offered.

THS International Reception

From Arrival Day and during the beginning of the spring semester, the THS International Reception hosts a variety of activities to help you settle in at KTH.

From museum visits to karaoke and baking nights, the reception provides a fantastic opportunity to explore the city, connect with fellow students, and create lasting memories. Events with associations and chapters will also introduce you to groups you can join once the semester begins.

Check out these exciting opportunities on the THS Reception's website (thsint.se)  and keep an eye on your email for updates!

Travel to KTH by train

KTH Climate Students have prepared a Train Travel Guide (pdf 876 kB) (pdf 876 kB)  to help students plan their arrival to KTH in a more sustainable way.

You can also register to their Train Travelling Community  to receive more information, connect with other fellow students and maybe plan your journey together!

If you arrive by train, Stockholm Central Station is located just 6 minutes away from KTH by metro. You can plan your trip with Stockholm's local transport, SL (sl.se) .
