Dual master’s studies
A dual master's exchange is an opportunity in some of KTH's master's programmes. When taking part in a dual master's exchange, you will study one or two semesters of your programme at a partner university and receive master's degrees from both KTH and the partner institution.
1. Find out when an exchange for a dual master's degree is suitable
In most cases, you spend the first year of the master's programme at KTH, followed by one semester or a year at a partner university. To be eligible, you must be a student on a master's programme offering dual master's studies. You must also have passed all mandatory courses.
The international coordinator associated with your programme will help you find an exchange option that suits you. Contact programme
2. Find potential exchange universities
You can go on a dual master’s exchange if your master's programme has a specific dual master's agreement with another university.
Select your master's programme from the drop-down list below to see which university you can apply to for a dual master's exchange. If your programme is not included in the list below, it means that the programme does not offer a dual master's exchange.
3. Complete your application
Apply for an exchange for a dual master's degree in the same order as regular exchange studies. You will find the application dates on the page linked below.
