Intended learning outcomes
After passing the course, the student should be able to
- apply investment calculations with different methods (Net Present Value, Pay-Back, Internal rate of return, Annuity)
- arrange and apply calculation methods based on direct as well as on indirect costs, to execute prime cost calculations, and utilize calculation models based on direct variable costs as well as on marginal costing in construction management
- analyze different organization models based on structure, performance and application.
- analyze market strategic aspects of business operations
- describe a marketing process and create an action plan for a sustainable development of the business concept in a business plan
- describe the main features of the practical application of Swedish labor law.
