The course gives the student a broad view of civil law, including contract law, purchase law, consumers rights, real estate law, law of payment claims, property law, tort law, family law, intellectual property law, employment law and company law. The student also study penal law, litigation, European law, public law and competition law. The course starts with an orientation in the Swedish legal system and the methods of jurisprudence.
