The course will provide essential guidance on the practice of business research and how to carry out a small-scale research project or dissertation for the first time.
Literature and preparations
Specific prerequisites
Recommended prerequisites
Advanced Issues in Real Estate Economics. It will be preferable if students have already used this course to identify and review an issue they want to research on.

Examination and completion
If the course is discontinued, students may request to be examined during the following two academic years.
Grading scale
Examination
- TEN1 - Examination, 4.5 credits, grading scale: A, B, C, D, E, FX, F
- ÖVN1 - Course Project, 3.0 credits, grading scale: P, F
Based on recommendation from KTH’s coordinator for disabilities, the examiner will decide how to adapt an examination for students with documented disability.
The examiner may apply another examination format when re-examining individual students.
