Course contents
Intended learning outcomes
The overall goal of the course is to create insight into what it means to lead an organization. This means that the student after the course should be able to:
- Define and explain theories, models, concepts and terms within the field of management and leadership
- Discuss theories, models, concepts and terms within the field management and leadership and apply them on a specific situation
- Assess an organization and suggest a strategy for moving forward based on theories, models, concepts and terms within the field of management and leadership

Same eligibility as the Master's Programme, Real Estate and Construction Management.
Open for all master programs at KTH.

Examination and completion
If the course is discontinued, students may request to be examined during the following two academic years.
Grading scale
Examination
- PRO3 - Project, 1.5 credits, grading scale: P, F
- TEN3 - Written exam, 6.0 credits, grading scale: A, B, C, D, E, FX, F
Based on recommendation from KTH’s coordinator for disabilities, the examiner will decide how to adapt an examination for students with documented disability.
The examiner may apply another examination format when re-examining individual students.
Other requirements for final grade
Students must participate in seminars, hand in all assignments and pass a written exam
Opportunity to complete the requirements via supplementary examination
Opportunity to raise an approved grade via renewed examination
