The course consists of a series of seminars dealing with Electrical Machines, Power Electronics,
Electric Traction and Hybrid Drive Systems. It provides an
understanding of how theoretical knowledge is used in industrial applications and research activities. The invited speakers are international experts, industry partners and KTH researchers.

Intended learning outcomes

When the student has passed the course the student should be able to relate theoretical knowledge to industrial usefulness.

Eligibility

Completed Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (180 higher education credits), or equivalent academic qualifications. Documented proficiency in English corresponding to English B.

Recommended prerequisites

EJ1200 Electric Power Systems
At least one of:
EJ2200 Electrical Machines and Drives
EJ2300 Power Electronics
