Course contents

The course consists of the assignment to search, describe, analyse, summarize and evaluate the present research front in specific parts of the scientific field of property studies. The investigation and the results shall be presented in a written essay or article of such quality that it is publishable in renowned scientific journals in the current field.

Intended learning outcomes

The comprehensive aim of the course is for the participants to survey and describe the research front in one or more subfields of property studies. The results shall be presented in the form of a written literature review.

Initiated post graduate studies in the disciplines of real estate planning, land law or real estate economics.

The literature consists of current and applicable research (articles, reports, books, etc.) published within the subject area. As part of the course requirements, the participants shall by their own search relevant literature.
