The course gives a deeper understanding about the methods applied in practice for quality assurance of the technical properties of a building.

Intended learning outcomes

After the course, the student shall

  • have obtained knowledge about building-related illness and the reasons behind it;
  • be competent about recent research issues in this subject;
  • be able to show how this can be appplied making buildings developing in a sustainable way.
