- The relation between macroeconomic factors and the housing market.
- Housing construction.
- Economic models of segregation in the housing market.
- Housing taxation.
- Housing policy.
Intended learning outcomes
The aim of this course is to present a number of current research areas within housing economics.
Learning outcomes for the course are:
- Get a deeper knowledge of fundamental issues in housing economics.
- Be able to describe and explain the logic behind different views on housing policy.
- Know what are the main current controversial issues in housing economics.
