To provide participants with enhanced and extended perspective and a greater ability to see complexity and linkages between the society, leadership and human behavior. To increase participant's awareness of themselves and their capabilities as a leader / manager. This should be reconciled with a greater knowledge of values-based leadership related to industrial work. During the course, participants carry out a project in a group, where the focus is on leadership, logistics and/or quality awareness in the industry.

Intended learning outcomes
After completing the course the student should be able to:
- show a higher degree of awareness of oneself as a person and their ability as a leader / manager
- describe a values-based leadership
- explain the industry’s view and expectations of their future leader/managers
- show how leadership is related to organizations' structural as well as humanitarian perspective

- University studies of at least 120 credits (Swedish hp) and documented proficiency in Swedish B and English A or equivalent.

- PRO1 - Project, 7.5 credits, grading scale: A, B, C, D, E, FX, F
Based on recommendation from KTH’s coordinator for disabilities, the examiner will decide how to adapt an examination for students with documented disability.
The examiner may apply another examination format when re-examining individual students.
If the course is discontinued, students may request to be examined during the following two academic years.
The examination consists of a seminar where students in groups account for their projects and for the process that have been used in the group, and for the texts that is handed in for assessment.
Compulsory attendance on the seminar day.

Ethical approach
- All members of a group are responsible for the group's work.
- In any assessment, every student shall honestly disclose any help received and sources used.
- In an oral assessment, every student shall be able to present and answer questions about the entire assignment and solution.
