Course contents

Valuation of real estates with fundamental market analysis of the same as well as single objects.

Exercises and individual tasks.

Intended learning outcomes

When the course is passed the student is expected to:

  • Realize valuations of small houses and tenant-owner flats
  • Have good understanding of valuating commercial estates and block of flats
  • Realize analysis of the real estate market and private properties
  • Have knowledge to reach information through official files connected to the Swedish real estates
  • Have an understanding of regulations for leases for commercial estates
  • Have an understanding about property taxation
