Course contents
Intended learning outcomes
After passing the course, the students should be able to:
- carry out quantity take-off and time, cost and resource planning of a construction project
- explain different management styles
- resolve basic legal disputes between client and contractor in the construction production phase and interpret contracts and laws with regard to the form of contract awarded
- link sustainability aspects to the construction production phase
- produce production plans for construction projects.

- TENB - Examination, 4.5 credits, grading scale: A, B, C, D, E, FX, F
Based on recommendation from KTH’s coordinator for disabilities, the examiner will decide how to adapt an examination for students with documented disability.
The examiner may apply another examination format when re-examining individual students.
If the course is discontinued, students may request to be examined during the following two academic years.
The course is examined through a written examination and a project assignment.
