Upon completion of the course, students will be able to:
- Describe various management techniques for construction management, from tender to production phase
- Produce time plans and production plans for a small construction project using computer software
- Use AMA
- Understand what regulates agreements between parties in the construction sector

- PRO1 - Project, 3.0 credits, grading scale: P, F
- TEN1 - Examination, 4.5 credits, grading scale: A, B, C, D, E, FX, F
Based on recommendation from KTH’s coordinator for disabilities, the examiner will decide how to adapt an examination for students with documented disability.
The examiner may apply another examination format when re-examining individual students.
Other requirements for final grade
Written examination (TEN1, 4.5 credits). Grading scale A-F
Project assignment (PRO1; 3 credits). Grading scale P/F.
