Course contents

Group training and activity based learning about how a team develops and how to handle conflicts in the team. Finding ways to discover the full potential of the group.

Intended learning outcomes

To understand the forces in team development both for projects teams as well as ordinary teams in an organisation aiming at implementing changes

Literature and preparations

Specific prerequisites

  • University studies of at least 120 credits (Swedish hp)/2 years including documented proficiency in English.

Recommended prerequisites

Having a documented work experience or a documented course in management.

Equipment

Need access to the World Wide Web in order to use Bilda (the communication instrument of KTH).
