Students are introduced to the school's activities and organisation by spending an extended period at a school.
Under supervision, students participate in school activities, primarily through teaching and observation, but also by participating in meetings, conferences and similar events.
Considerable attention is also paid to interaction and communication in accordance with the school's core values.
Subjects and school types should be relevant to the student's future degree.
After completing the course, students should be able to:
1 under supervision, plan, conduct and evaluate lessons based on relevant knowledge of the subject and subject didactics
2 observe and discuss pupils' learning and development in relation to the objectives of the activity
3 treat pupils and school staff in different situations with empathy, respect and a professional attitude
4 communicate through listening, speaking and writing in a manner appropriate to the school's activities and in accordance with the school's core values
5 identify and give examples of their own strengths and areas for development ahead of the next VFU course
