The aim of the course is to enable students to appreciate and handle legal problems occurring in a business environment. The focus is on the techniques that are used in legal reasoning and further on concepts and rules in business law, particularly in contract law. The course can be studied separately, but it is also a theoretical and practical basis for the course in Intellectual property, 4D1056 (patents, copyright etc), that is taught during the spring term. Students that have passed 4D1151 are given priority if they wish to study the course Intellectual property, 4D1056.
