Intended learning outcomes
After completed course, the student will be able to:
- Describe various organizational models with focus on those found in modern-day technical companies
- Describe various types of leadership and their relation to an organization’s structural and humanitarian perspectives. Special consideration is taken to circumstances found in the manufacturing industry and other technical companies
- Implement methods relevant for group development in a modern-day technical environment
- Identify warning signals indicating stress related states of illness
- Describe the personal understanding gained during the course while collaborating with others. Applications in future leadership roles or roles of collaboration also need to be shown, especially in relation to the manufacturing industry

Examination
- PRO1 - Project, 6,5 hp, betygsskala: A, B, C, D, E, FX, F
Based on recommendation from KTH’s coordinator for disabilities, the examiner will decide how to adapt an examination for students with documented disability.
The examiner may apply another examination format when re-examining individual students.
The examination consists of a seminar where students in groups account for their projects and for the process that have been used in the group, and for the texts that is handed in for assessment.
Compulsory attendance on the seminar day.
