The course will give you opportunity to deepen or broaden your knowledge beyond what is treated in the compulsory courses in the aeronautical program. The choise of topic will mainly depend on what the teachers consider to be relevant, but also depends on your requests. Some year the course can treat a topic that is not covered in the other courses, such as aeroacoustics. Another year, an advanced course in aeroelasticity can be given. The method of working will also vary. Some year a project is launched, another year a course based on lectures is given.
SD2620 Advanced Topics in Aeronautics 6.0 credits
The course will treat state-of-the-art practices in some topic in aeronautics. Current problems and methods in aeronautics, both of industrial and research character, respectively, will be treated. The topic of the course varies from year to year.
