Intended learning outcomes
The overall objective of the course is to provide knowledge of the legal framework concerning cadastral issues and the real property division and rights to land with the Swedish experience as an example.
At the end of the course the students are expected to be able to:
*Identify legal problems related to cadastral operations and describe how they are dealt with in the Swedish legislation
*Apply mentioned rules when solving cadastral problems and explain why and how they are applicable.
*Explain the cadastral procedure including measurement and mapping.

Admission for Master's Programme in Real Estate Development and Financial Services or a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (180 ETCS credits), in Land/Real Estate Economics/Development, Surveying, Law, Planning or Human Geography.
Documented proficiency in English B or equivalent (TOEFL, IELTS e g).
