The course aims to develop supervisory skills using problem-based learning activities. Participants will supervise within the framework of the course a group of undergraduate students. The learning activities include planning supervision, developing learning activities and reflecting on how to improve own supervision in relation to teaching theory and practice.
The course includes seminars and workshops regarding supervision theory and including problem-based discussions that illustrate real life situations encountered while supervising. During the practical part of the course participants will supervise students pursuing first level undergraduate project at CHE. A suitable theoretical project is designed for this purpose and students working with the proposed project are supervised.
