The student spends an extended period of time at a school for observation, teaching and other participation in school activities.
During this VFU period, students are expected to plan, implement and evaluate a major teaching module in one of their teaching subjects under supervision, but with a high degree of independence.
Much attention is paid to leadership, communication and assessment.
Just as important as in VFU1 is interaction and communication in accordance with the school's core values.
After completing the course, students should be able to:
1 plan, conduct and evaluate lessons and larger teaching areas with content in accordance with current steering documents
2 under supervision, but with a high degree of independence, discuss and analyse planned and implemented teaching
3 under supervision, be able to lead teaching and reflect on their leadership
4 contribute to a good working environment and to counteract discrimination and offensive treatment through leadership characterised by clarity, openness, learning and dialogue
5 demonstrate a professional approach to school activities: in different situations, interact, communicate and collaborate with students and school staff in an appropriate and respectful manner, in accordance with the school's core values
6 discuss forms of assessment and grading in accordance with national steering documents, scientific knowledge and proven experience
7 establish and communicate cross-curricular perspectives such as equality, gender equality, sustainable development and ethics in educational activities
