Ladok for students

Ladok is a system for student records where you can administrate your studies. Among other things, you can see your results on courses, register for courses, register for exams, print certificates and apply for a degree certificate. Here you will find information about Ladok's various services.

You can access Ladok via the link below or in the personal menu under the heading "Services".

Confirm the identity on your KTH account

As of 10 December 2023, all students with a Swedish personal identity number must have at least assurance level AL2 on their KTH account in order to be able to login to Ladok. If you haven’t already, you need to raise your assurance level as soon as possible.

Update your e-mail

Make sure that you have specified the correct e-mail address in the personal menu and Ladok. E-mails concerning study results are sent to the e-mail address entered in Ladok, e-mails from KTH such as reminders about exam registration and room placement for exams are sent to the e-mail address you have entered in the personal menu or via this link: Manage e-mail

Certificates via Ladok

You can download different types of certificates via Ladok. A control code on the certificate proves its authenticity, so no signature from KTH is needed. Here you can read about certificates in Ladok.
