KTH strives to offer students with special needs the support necessary to enable them to carry out their studies on the same terms as other students. If you are an exchange student your home university is responsible for any additional costs for supportive measures.
Stockholm Student Health Services provides nurse, therapist and counsellor services and can also help you find and connect you with other health care services in Sweden.

The student union, THS, aims to make you feel as welcome as possible when you arrive in Stockholm by arranging activities to help you find your new classmates and friends for a lifetime. In Sweden the student unions are very strong and are able to help you in most concerns related to your studies. THS care for the welfare of the students, their social environment, future career possibilities and the quality of their education. The union represent all members and hope that you would like to join the team upon your arrival to Stockholm.
