About me
Erica started in March 2020 as a doctoral student in gender, organization and management at the Department of Industrial Economics and Management. She has a great interest and engagement in organization and change management, gender equality and diversity work, and also have a professional experience within the field.
Ericas dissertation explores enginering cultures, i.e. organizations that celebrates engineers and/or technology, and their strategies for and discourses around gender equality and diversity work.
