Krzysztof Jurdzinski

I am a Ph.D. student in Ander Andersson's Environmental Genomics groups. My interests are broad and my research tackles various eco-evolutionary, with special focus on how big and abrupt changes in the environment affect bacterial genomes and communities. I am a computational biologist, fond of statistics and computer science, not afraid to step out of standard data analysis pipelines when careful interrogation of nature requires it. Apart from my research endeavors, as a student, I am active in KTH Students for Sustainability and the Third Task project with Klimatstudenterna.
