Mohammad Osaid is a PhD candidate in Micro and Nanosystems, EECS, at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where his research focuses on rapid sepsis diagnosis using centrifugal devices and microfluidics combined with deep learning. His work integrates bacterial separation from whole blood and AI-driven image analysis to perform rapid diagnostics. He received his B.Tech from IIT Delhi and M.S. from NTHU, Taiwan, where he worked on microfluidics for biomedical applications.
