About me

Post-doctoral fellow

KTH, Department of Physics,
The Oskar Klein Centre,
AlbaNova, SE-106 91 Stockholm, Sweden

Research Interests:

My research is mainly on double double radio galaxies, which allow us to investigate several poorly understood issues of radio source evolution. As a radio observer, I have  experience with low as well as high frequency interferometric imaging technique. I have also some experience on interpretation and modeling of optical spectroscopic data, in particular on Active Galactic Nuclei.

Career History:

I received the research fellowship from the Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India in 2007 to pursue my Ph.D. at ARIES, Nainital, India. After completion of Ph.D. in 2013, I joined Gent University, Belgium as post doctoral fellow under BELSPO fellowship, co-funded by the Marie Curie Actions of the European Commission. In June 2015, I have joined my second post doctoral research at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden under Wenner-Gren fellowship program 2015.
