Due to low student demand, this course will not be given from 2015 on. Unless there is a sudden change in interest and circumstances!
However, if you are really interested, you can take this as an independent reading course and be guided by me (Lars Arvestad). You will follow a course book (Jones & Pevzner, An introduction to bioinformatics algorithms) and do assignment, pretty much as during a "real" course round. There will be no lectures though.
