Do you have the correct e-mail address in your personal menu?
All important information is sent to your KTH address, so it's important to take a look at your contact information in your personal menu. Is there another address there, such as hotmail? Change it to your KTH email address! There is a risk that mail from KTH will not appear.
Click on your name in the personal menu, select "contact details (in Ladok) and change your email address. Remember to also email us from your KTH email so that our responses do not end up in the junk mail or disappear.
