'Space, Place, Sound & Memory: Hearing Historic Scotland'
Abstract: In this presentation I will describe the above titled University of Edinburgh project, which I have been involved with since 2018. The premise of the project was to not only reproduce the music of historic Scotland, but through the use of virtual reality, the visuals and acoustics of performance spaces of the time, to connect audiences with sounds of the past.
