The Sound Forest!

The Sound Forest (Ljudskogen) is a music installation consisting of a room with light-emitting interactive strings, vibrating platforms and speakers, situated at Scenkonstmuseet - The Swedish Museum of Performing Arts, located in the heart of Stockholm. The Sound Forest is designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of age or ability.

Participants of different ages can interact with this multisensory platform using different strategies and bodily modes of interaction to experience similar associations to musical experiences, with activities ranging from running to synchronised music-making and collaborative play.
