Data driven hospital management during a pandemic

Due to the current pandemic, a research strand investigates data driven decision making in healthcare, with a focus on hospital strategies and operations. 

• Managing hospital transitions due to critical conditions, which covers relevant considerations and decisions needed for a successful shift to treating new and severe condition
• Data evidence for the implications of trade-offs between patient focused care and flow on one hand and operational flexibility on the other.
