Data driven performance management

The research explores how greater use of AI and data drive performance management in a fast changing environment. The focus is on three areas:

· Performance measurement systems and how these can be applied in a dynamic and complex environment.

· Algorithmic management and innovative AI, where algorithms assume managerial tasks in an autonomous way.

· Digitalization and big data and its impact on operations management.
