About me
I am a PhD student in the Computational Biology department in School of Computer Science and Communication at Royal Institute of Technology. My Ph.D. advisor is Lars Arvestad and I work in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics group.
My primary research interests include:
- Homology and orthology inference algorithms.
- Bayesian methods in phylogenetics.
- Domain Evolution.
