About me

I started the postdoc position in Optimization and Systems Theory at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in November 2022 under the supervision of Assistant Professor Jan Kronqvist. I received my PhD in technical mathematics from Alpen-Adria-Universität Klagenfurt (Austria) in April 2022. Additionally, I got an MSc in Machine Learning from Imperial College London (UK) in 2018.

My PhD research focused on semidefinite programming relaxations for graph partition problems and ADMM-based approaches for large-scale semidefinite programming problems.

My recently completed research focused on the applications of optimization techniques in enhancing the robustness of neural networks.  It is funded by the Digital Future project "AI Techniques for Power Systems Under Cyberattacks".

My current research focuses on strengthened SDP relaxations for maximum welfare problems in the European energy market. This project is co-supervised by Professor Mohammad Reza Hesamzadeh in the Division of Electric Power and Energy Systems.
