In this course, students face complex strategic challenges and work on live cases with companies across a wide range of industries which are going through some sort of digital transformation.
DM2562 & DM2563 together make up the Managing Digital Transformation course. Course DM2562 provides students with the theoretical tools that are needed to succeed in course DM2563, where students face complex strategic challenges that companies in various industries are currently facing. The course involves live business projects, workshops and inspirational guest lectures.
Once students have acquired the necessary theory and knowledge in course DM2562 (prerequisite for taking DM2563), they apply that expertise in a real-life business project in this course. The goal is for students to develop their ability to understand an organization, analyze its current situation and come up with relevant recommendations, while also motivating why the chosen solution is considered the best plan of action.
