Lecture notes update

The slides for lectures 3-6 have been updated:

• Example: Correlated sampling of Akabuga District has been added to lecture 5.
• Example: Stratified sampling of Akabuga District now includes a table of the strata.
• The simulation times in examples of Akabuga District has been updated to reflect computation times with more efficient Matlab programming.
