The course is on 9 hp. IH2654 is now a 1st year master level course belonging to the Nanotechnology master program while FIM3003 is corresponding PhD course. It is compulsory in the Nanotechnology program and is given in the 3rd period. The course code will later change to SK2753 as our department has joined the Science school.
Since Nanotechnology master has moved to central campus lectures and tutorials will be given there while labs still will be conducted in Electrum in Kista.
